QUALITATIVE COMPOSITION OF NONSPORO-FORMING ANAEROBES AND FACULTATIVE AEROBES while APPLYING OZONoTHERAPY IN PATIENTS WITH DENTAL IMPLANTATION COMPLICATIONS

Today the influence of the medical ozone on the reparative processes in bone tissues, a period of healing, prevention of complication of dental implantation is not studied enough. The aim of the given article is the study of qualitative composition of nonspore-forming anaerobes and facultative aerobes while applying ozone therapy in patients with dental implantation complications. The patients at the age of 21-56 with the diagnosis of dental implantation complications were examined. The survey was carried out on the base of the dental polyclinic of the North-Ossetian State Medical Academy in Vladikavkaz. After the performed treatment the spectrum of anaerobe bacteria decreased significantly, although the frequency of these microorganisms allocation has not practically changed, and as for some actinomycetes it even increased. Ozone therapy has a positive effect on the state of peri-implant tissue, has antibacterial effect. That makes the given type of impact the most attractive to solving the problem of post implantation complications in the prosthetic dentistry.
