PATHOGENETIC FEATURES OF LIPID TRANSPORT SYSTEM WHILE THE EXPERIMENTAL HYPOHEPARINEMIA

The features of the lipid transport system indices in animals while the experimental hyperlipidemia under hypoheparinemia were studied. It was noted that the introduction of the blocker heparin, within 21 days from the animals showed marked reduction in the activity of lipoprotein lipase. Changes in lipid levels in this background had a more atherogenic feature compared with a group of animals that are only on an atherogenic diet. The expressed hypercholesterolemia and hypertriglyceridemia in a sharp drop of the content of antiatherogenic HDL, indicating the formation of persistent dyslipidemia in these animals. It is established that one of the important mechanisms of lipoproteins exchange and the disorders of the lipid transport system is the inhibition of the activity of lipoprotein lipase, which is caused by hypoheparinemia, which may eventually lead to the development of atherosclerotic lesions in the vascular wall.
