THE INFLUENCE OF REMAXOL CYTOPROTECTOR ON the CONDITION OF CENTRAL HEMODYNAMICS IN PATIENTS WITH MYOCARDIAL INFARCTION COMPLICATED BY INSUFFICIENCY OF BLOOD CIRCULATION

Heart diseases, accompanied by a disturbance of blood circulation, remain one of the most urgent problems of modern medicine. Hence it is obvious the expediency of new methods of treatment search to restore blood flow in coronary artery and termination of the necrotic process, promoted by metabolic therapy that reduces oxygen consumption and improves the efficiency of its utilization by a myocardium. And one of preparations of metabolic correction is the derivative of succinic acid and N- methylglucamine – remaxol. Researches were conducted on 122 patients at the age of 50-70 years with acute myocardial infarction complicated by cardiac failure of the II-III degree (Killip). One group of patients (58) received only the standard thrombolytic intensive treatment, and the other (65) received 400 ml of remaxol in addition during 5 days. Dynamic  monitoring of heart rate impairments with the help of echocardiography during the first three hours after the treatment beginning, showed, that ventricular extrasystole, intensive idioventricular rhythm, sinus bradycardia, and ventricular fibrillation were noted in the less degree while such intensed therapy. At the same time the terminal-systolic, terminal-diastolic volumes and blood discharge function in patients became closer to the normal standards on the 7-10 day of the stay in the hospital and while the discharge of the patient from the hospital as a result of metabolic myocardium processes improvement, and it allows to make a conclusion, that remaxol, promoting quicker stabilization of the systemic hemodynamics impairment and relaxed contractile myocardium ability, is clinically effective while the patients; with acute myocardial infarction treatment.
